The Fireside Restaurant
has been a Highlands institution for over 20 years. Locally owned and operated, Allan Schultz has over 30 years of restaurant experience while up and coming star, elder son Travis, professionally trained in Paris and Italy is the chef and culinary guru. With its comfortable, cozy bistro feel The Fireside offers creative rifts on classic comfort food. Paying homage to the traditional the sumptuous cuisine is the marriage of modern ideas and classic techniques. Serving brunch, lunch and dinner the menu is wide and varied. Start your day with a seafood frittata and a peach bellini or a made to order omelet. Lunch ranges from spinach salads with mango and shrimp, hand patted burgers or Pasta Florentine.
